Ingredients:
• 6 hard boiled eggs
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup shredded
• cheese
• 1/4 tsp mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (preferable freshly grounded)
• 1 tbsp finely chopped cerelry
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Shell and halve the hard boiled eggs.
- Carefully remove the yolks without the whites cracking.
- Add mayonnaise, cheese, mustard powder, celery, pepper powder, and salt to the yolk.
- Beat well with a fork till frothy.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
