Ingredients:

• 1kg – Carrot
• 1/2 litre – boiled Milk
• 1/4 kg – Sugar
• 200ml – Ghee
• Nuts and dry fruits as required
• 2 – Cardamoms

Method:

  1. Cut carrots coarsely and blend with a little milk in a mixer.
  2. Heat a pan, and add ghee, cardamom, and carrot paste; saute.
  3. Add the remaining milk and sugar, and keep stirring till it thickens.
  4. Garnish with nuts and dry fruits.
