Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Dark chocolate chips or chocolate bar
• 1 tbsp – Crystallized Ginger (chopped as small pieces)
• 2 tsp – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Almonds
Method:
- In a heavy sauce pan, melt the chocolate chips, condensed milk, butter, ginger pieces and stir continuously.
- Remove the pan and add the chopped almond nuts.
- Spread the mixture over a baking sheet and keep aside until the mixture cools.
- Arrange them in fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut as squares and enjoy it.
