
Ingredients:
• 250 g – beaten rice, thin Poha
• 1 cup – shredded Coconut
• 1/2 cup – roasted Peanuts
• 10 – chillies, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, sprinkle water on the poha and mix well.
- Add coconut, peanuts, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
- After the seeds crackle, add chillies.
- Pour this oil (tadka) on the poha and mix well.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- Keep the poha in a container covered with a tight lid for about half an hour to ensure they are soft before serving.
