Ingredients:

• 6 eggs
• 10-12 Almonds
• bread crumbs as required
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – rosemary, crushed
• 1/4 tsp – black salt
• 1/4 tsp – chaat masala
• oil as required
• 1 tsp – crushed cornflake
• salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Boil 4 eggs, put in cold water. Shell and cut in halves. Powder almonds.
  2. Mix 3 tbsp. bread crumbs, cornflakes, salt, pepper, herbs, masala and almond powder, and spread on a plate. Break 2 eggs into a bowl and season with black salt.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Roll the egg halves in bread crumb mixture. Dip in the beaten egg, roll again in the mixture till dry on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with salad and sauce.
