
Ingredients:
• 5 squares – chocolates, make small pieces
• 2 – Egg yolk
• 1/2 cup -chopped Walnuts
• 1/4 cup – cashew pieces
• 1 cup -milk
• 4 tbsp – cheese powder
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – vanilla essence
• 3 cups -plain flour
• 1/8 tsp – salt
• 1.5 tsp – soda-bi-carb
Method:
- Mix egg, milk and chocolate. Cook on slow flame till chocolate melts and the mixture thickens.
- Add cheese and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Add sugar, soda, salt and flour.
- Beat until it is smooth.
- Add walnuts, cashew and vanilla essence.
- Mix it well.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 1/2 hour at 250 degree C.
- Cool and top with icing.
