Ingredients:

• Besan Flour – 1 cup
• Ghee – 1 cup
• Coconut Powder – 1 cup
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Milk – 1 cup

Method:

  1. Mix besan flour, ghee, coconut powder, sugar, milk to make a batter.
  2. Pour everything in a heavy kadai and cook on low heat for 20 mins.
  3. Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  4. Remove from fire and pour on a greased tray.
  5. After a few minutes, cut into small pieces.
