Ingredients:

• 2 – medium sized onions, sliced
• 3 – Tomatoes , sliced
• 1 tbsp – Garlic and Ginger
• Coriander leaves
• 1 kg -skinless Chicken
• Spices:
• Pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – salt
• Mild curry powder – 1/2 tsp
• Dried Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Fry the onion and when it is golden brown, add the garlic ginger paste and the spices.
  2. Then add the tomatoes and simmer it until the tomatoes become mushy.
  3. Add the chicken, cover and cook it on low heat.
  4. Check it every 5 mins and when it dries, garnish it with corianders.
  5. Serve.
