
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – Kabuli chana
• 1/4 tsp – soda bicarb
• 1 – large Potato
• 2-3 green chillies, chopped
• 1/8 tsp – Turmeric powder (haldi)
• 1/4 tsp – cumin seeds/jeera
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – salt (according to taste)
• 1 – medium onion, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/4 cup – fresh Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – tamarind/imli paste
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
Method:
- Boil Kabuli chana with soda bicarb, chilli powder, haldi, ginger paste, and jeera till soft.
- Boil potato; peel and cut into small pieces.
- Mix everything in a bowl and add imli paste.
- Garnish with coriander, green chillies, and garam masala, and serve.
