Ingredients:

• 9 gm – Refined flour
• 12 gm – icing Sugar
• 40 gm – beaten eggs
• 20 gm – melted chocolate
• 18 gm – Butter melted

Method:

  1. Mix the above ingredients and strain it.
  2. Grease the mould with butter and dust with flour.
  3. Bake the mud cake for 5 minutes in 220 degree C.
