
Ingredients:
• 200g – noodles
• 200g – vegetables, chopped into chunks (French beans, capsicum, onion, cauliflower, pineapple, green peas, tomato)
• 1 cup – Tomato ketchup
• a few Cloves – Garlic
• a small piece – ginger, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – water
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Deep-fry the noodles till they turn crisp.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- Add tomatoes and saute for about a minute.
- Add the remaining vegetables, garlic, and ginger and cook for about five minutes.
- Add water, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, chilli paste, and salt and cook for a minute, stirring continuously.
- Serve topped with crisp noodles.
