Ingredients:
• 500 gm – Mutton
• 150 gm – Yoghurt
• 150 gm – Cashew nut paste
• 1 tsp – brown Onion paste
• 1 tsp – brown Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• Mace powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 cube Mutton stock
• 2 tsp – Ghee
• 7 drops of liquid Saffron
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves and Ginger to garnish
Method:
- Pour ghee in a kadai.
- Once the ghee melts, add onion.
- Saute till it becomes brown.
- Once brown, add the mutton and the ginger garlic paste and cashew nut paste and yoghurt.
- Mix and saute.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add the red chilli, coriander powder.
- Add the cloves, cumin and mutton stock.
- Cover the vessel with a lid.
- Once the mutton is cooked, add mace powder and garam masala.
- Add a few drops of saffron.
- Garnish with coriander and ginger.
