
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – fresh grated Coconut
• 3/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 2 inch to 3 inch piece – fresh Ginger
• 2 cups – curds
• 1 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 to 4 – Curry leaves
• a pinch – Hing
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grind grated coconut, pepper powder, and ginger to a smooth paste.
- Add curd and salt and mix well. If the mixture becomes very thick, add water to get the desired consistency.
- Temper mustard, hing, and curry leaves and add to the mixture.
- Serve with hot rice.
