Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 7 to 9 – Green chilli
• 20 – Curry leaves
• 2 tsp – garlic, ginger, and green chilli, ground to a paste
• To taste – soya sauce
• To taste – chilli sauce
• To taste – salt
• 2 to 3 tsp – Corn flour
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• To fry – oil

Method:

  1. Coat the chicken with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, and green chilli paste to it.
  3. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a cooker and add uncut green chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the marinated chicken with all the other ingredients.
  6. After one whistle, add salt, soya sauce, and chilli sauce and allow it to boil for some time.
  7. Add corn flour and cook till the consistency is dry.
