Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Ragi flour
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1/2 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 2 cups – Buttermilk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Oil for cooking
Method:
- Take the rolled oats, ragi flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl, add the buttermilk and let the mixture sit for half an hour.
- Add the sugar, baking soda, baking powder and oil and make into a thick batter.
- Heat a few drops of oil, pour a ladleful of this pancake batter and cook well on both sides.
- Serve warm with nutella spread or maple syrup.
