
Ingredients:
• 100 g – All-purpose flour
• 4 slices – bread, each cut into 4 square pieces
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1/4 bunch – coriander leaves, finely chopped
• 2/3 – green pepper, finely chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – water
• Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all ingredients – except bread – to get a light batter.
- Dip the bread pieces in it and deep fry in oil.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
