
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Potatoes
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tsp – schezwan sauce
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 tsp – Garlic
• 1 tsp – Ginger
• 1 tsp – Spring onions
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/4 tsp -white pepper
• oil
Method:
- Cut the potatoes into long chips.
- Marinate potato chips with soya, chilli and schezwan sauces for 1 hour.
- Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry these marinated chips, sprinkling corn flour over it; keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil, add the chopped garlic.
- When it is cooked, add the chopped ginger.
- Add the spring onion and capsicum pieces.
- Saute for 3 minutes, then add the potato chips.
- Add 1/4 tsp soya, chilli and schezwan sauces.
- Add black pepper and salt.
- Mix well, decorate with spring onion leaves.
