Ingredients:

• 500 g – Icing Sugar
• 50 g – Cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
• 100 g – Butter
• 1 tsp – Vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp – Salt
• 2 bars – Cooking chocolate melted
• 1/2 cup – Warm water.

Method:

  1. Blend the icing sugar, cocoa powder/drinking chocolate, butter, vanilla essence, salt, melted chocolate and warm water together.
  2. Mix well into a smooth dough.
  3. Divide into 10 small balls and mould into egg shapes.
  4. Decorate as desired.
