Ingredients:
• 3 – Brinjal
• 1 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• A pinch – Turmeric powder
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut the brinjal into thin round slices.
- Make a paste with the ingredients by adding water.
- Apply the paste on both sides of the brinjal and shallow fry in oil.
