Ingredients:
• 250 g – grated fresh pine apple.
• 50 g – grated fresh coconut.
• 100 g – sugar.
• 50 g – mawa.
• 1 tbsp – crushed Almonds Kaju pista.
• 2 to 3 drops – yellow colour.
• 2 to 3 drops – Pineapple essence.
• 1 tbsp – ghee.
Method:
- Heat ghee in the kadai. Add in the grated pineapple, sugar and coconut.
- Keep on stirring, till the ghee leaves its sides. Then, add mawa and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool and then add colour and essence.
- Decorate with crushed pieces of dry fruits.
