Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Besan
• Oil – for mixing and for frying
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Onion – finely chopped
• Coriander leaves – a little
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder

Method:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients. Add a little oil to it.
  2. Then add a little water to make a thick batter.
  3. Add onion and coriander leaves; mix well.
  4. Heat oil in tawa, drop small scoops of the paste, and fry.
  5. Serve with tomato sauce.
