Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – pears, chopped
• 1/2 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/8 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 cup – water
• few Pineapple slices for decorating

Method:

  1. Cook the pears in 1tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup water.
  2. Cook for 7-9 minutes.
  3. Remove from fire.
  4. Cool and combine the cooked pears with milk, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, sugar and cinnamon powder.
  5. Grease a fireproof glass bowl and pour combined mixture into bowl.
  6. Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
  7. Place the bowl in a pan of hot water and steam for 30-40 minutes.
  8. Decorate with pineapple slices.
  9. Serve hot or chilled.
