Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – pears, chopped
• 1/2 tin – sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/8 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/4 cup – water
• few Pineapple slices for decorating
Method:
- Cook the pears in 1tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup water.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes.
- Remove from fire.
- Cool and combine the cooked pears with milk, sweetened condensed milk, beaten eggs, sugar and cinnamon powder.
- Grease a fireproof glass bowl and pour combined mixture into bowl.
- Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
- Place the bowl in a pan of hot water and steam for 30-40 minutes.
- Decorate with pineapple slices.
- Serve hot or chilled.
