Ingredients:
• 125 g – Butter
• 1 cup – caster Sugar
• 1 cup – water
• 1.5 cup – self raising flour
• 1/3 cup – cocoa powder
• 1 tsp – bicarbonate of soda
Method:
- Grease a 23 cm dish. Combine butter, sugar and water in a large bowl
- Cook on high for 4 mins in the microwave.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Sift dry ingredients into butter mixture, beat with wooden spoon until smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish, cook on high for approximately 10-12 mins or until firm
- Stand 5 mins before turning onto wire rack to cool
- Sift a little dry icing sugar on top
