Ingredients:
• 1 – sponge cake
• 1 tub – vanilla ice Cream
• 1 cup each – grapes, pineapples, raisins, strawberries, apples, mangoes and Banana
• Sugar to taste
Method:
- Mix all the chopped fruits in a bowl with sugar and 1 scoop ice-cream.
- Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Take the plain cake and cut it into pieces.
- In a bowl, place a piece of cake at the bottom.
- Top with fruit mixture. Place another cake piece and top with fruit mixture. Make the topmost layer that of fruit and then place a dollop of ice cream on it.
