Ingredients:

• 1 – sponge cake
• 1 tub – vanilla ice Cream
• 1 cup each – grapes, pineapples, raisins, strawberries, apples, mangoes and Banana
• Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the chopped fruits in a bowl with sugar and 1 scoop ice-cream.
  2. Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  3. Take the plain cake and cut it into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, place a piece of cake at the bottom.
  5. Top with fruit mixture. Place another cake piece and top with fruit mixture. Make the topmost layer that of fruit and then place a dollop of ice cream on it.
