Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Yoghurt
• 3 lbs – Chicken
• 1 tbsp – pressed Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Red Chilli
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – Ginger powder
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Skin and bone the chicken, cut into 4 parts.
  2. Prick it well with a fork or a sharp knife.
  3. Mix yoghurt, ginger, garlic, chilli powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Place chicken into marinade for 2 hours.
  5. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  6. Brush with olive oil and place on bib for 6 minutes or more on each side.
