Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp – oil
• 5 – eggs
• 1/4 tbsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1.5 tbsp – dry chilli powder
• Salt
• 1 bunch – Coriander leaves
• 3 tbsp – Milk

Method:

  1. Chop onions into small pieces. Heat a vessel with oil
  2. Put chopped onions, saute for a minute and add ginger paste
  3. Fry until it becomes semi-brown
  4. Then break the eggs into the mixture
  5. Put dry chilli powder and salt. Mix the curry well
  6. Cover the vessel and cook for about 5 mins stirring at intervals
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves
