Ingredients:

• 2 cups -Quick cooking Oats
• 1/2 cup – Whole Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – All-purpose flour+1 tbsp for dusting
• 1/2 cup – Tutti fruity
• 1 tsp – Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 1/2 cup – Butter (melted)
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – Apple sauce

Method:

  1. Place the quick cooking oats, whole wheat flour, and all-purpose flour in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, baking soda, baking powder, butter and tutti fruits chunks to the flour and mix until the flour turns into bread crumbs.
  3. Gradually add the apple sauce and mix into the dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  5. Sprinkle some flour over a baking sheet, place the dough over the flour and roll the dough into discs.
  6. Add few more tutti fruity chunks over the dough.
  7. Cut the dough into 8-10 triangles.
  8. Bake the scones for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  9. Let it cool and place in an air tight box.
