
Ingredients:
• 170 g – Butter
• 8 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 1 box – Marie biscuits (approx 12)
• 2 – eggs
Method:
- Put some butter in a saucepan. Let it soften.
- Add both the beaten eggs. Add sugar and cocoa powder.
- Take a big saucepan, put water in it and put on the flame.
- Now put the small saucepan (with the mixture) on the big saucepan and let it simmer. Do not put it directly on the flame.
- When it becomes like custard, turn off the flame.
- Take 4-5 biscuits and add them to the mixture.
- Let this cool at room temperature.
- Now put this mixture in a clean shopper bag.
- Press and shape it like a roll.
- Refrigerate till it becomes firm and cut like biscuits.
