Ingredients:
• 30 pieces – glucose biscuits
• 1 cup – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 2 tsp – drinking chocolate/cocoa
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 3 cups – Milk
• 2 tbsp – melted Butter
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan. Add milk, then corn flour, sugar, baking powder and drinking chocolate. Stir continuously until the mixture is semi-solid.
- Once the pudding mixture is ready, let it cool until lukewarm.
- Pour a one-inch layer of the pudding mixture in a bowl.
- Place a layer of biscuits on top.
- Add a layer of pudding over it and then a layer of biscuits again.
- Place in a freezer for an hour.
