Ingredients:
• Bread – 1 loaf, sliced
• eggs 4 (boiled and chopped)
• Cheese 100 g
• Butter
• Pepper and salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the sides of the bread and apply butter finely on one side of each slice.
- Mix rest of the ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Apply the paste on the bread slices, roll them gently.
- Then, carefully tie a thin ribbon in the centre of each bread roll.
