
Ingredients:
• 1 packet- noodles
• 10- French beans
• 2 tbsp- soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 cup – sliced Carrots
• 1 cup – Spring onions
• 1 cup – Cabbage
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 2 – Green chillies
• 4 Cloves – garlic, ground to paste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• Oil – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the noodles in boiling water with a tsp of oil. Add cold water to the cooked noodles and drain it. Separate the noodles by applying oil in fingers and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed pan.
- When oil starts to fume, add ground chilli garlic paste.
- Once the chilli garlic paste is fried, add chopped spring onion, carrot, cabbage and French beans.
- Sprinkle a pinch of salt and stir fry at high heat for about 4 mins.
- Now add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, salt and cooked noodles.
- Stir fry for 2-3 mins and serve hot.
