
Ingredients:
• 1 pound – lean ground Beef
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – dried thyme, crumbled
• 1/4 tbsp – dried rosemary, crumbled
• 2 tbsp – Butter or margarine
• 1 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – spicy brown mustard
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp – chopped Parsley
• 1/2 tsp – salt
Method:
- Mix the first five ingredients and shape it into 4 inch patties of about 1 inch thickness.
- Heat 1 tbsp of the butter with the oil and mustard for about 1 minute.
- Add the patties and cook for six minutes.
- Remove the patties to a warm platter.
- Heat the mix of lemon juice and worcestershire sauce and stir for 30 seconds.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley and the remaining butter.
- Pour sauce over patties and serve.
