Ingredients:

• 1 pound – lean ground Beef
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – dried thyme, crumbled
• 1/4 tbsp – dried rosemary, crumbled
• 2 tbsp – Butter or margarine
• 1 tbsp – vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp – spicy brown mustard
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tbsp – chopped Parsley
• 1/2 tsp – salt

Method:

  1. Mix the first five ingredients and shape it into 4 inch patties of about 1 inch thickness.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of the butter with the oil and mustard for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the patties and cook for six minutes.
  4. Remove the patties to a warm platter.
  5. Heat the mix of lemon juice and worcestershire sauce and stir for 30 seconds.
  6. Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the parsley and the remaining butter.
  7. Pour sauce over patties and serve.
