
Ingredients:
• 200 g – unsalted Butter
• 200 g – powdered Sugar
• 250 g – self raising flour
• 50 g – mixed fruits diced
• Almond or vanilla essence
• 2 tsp – plain yogurt
• 1 tsp – Milk powder
• 2 tsp – baking powder
• 250 ml -water
Method:
- Preheat oven at 160 C. Grease a baking dish. Sieve flour, raising agents and milk powder.
- Cream butter, sugar, yogurt and essence together.
- Add flour mixture and water alternately.
- Mix well.
- Add fruits.
- The batter must not be too watery.
- Pour it in dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Allow cake to cool completely before serving.
