
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Corn cooked
• 500 g – minced Beef
• 2 – Potatoes sliced
• 1 – Onion large sliced
• 4 to 5 – Tomatoes
• 1/2 pod Garlic
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Curry leaves
• 3 tbsp – oil
• salt pepper
Method:
- Blanch and puree tomatoes.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil. Brown chopped garlic.
- Add red chilli powder and curry leaves.
- Add meat, salt and pepper and cook gently.
- Heat remaining oil.
- Brown sliced potatoes, stirring frequently.
- Add sliced onions and saute.
- Add salt and remove.
- In a baking dish, arrange layers of potato mixture, meat tomatoes and corn with top layer of potatoes.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees centigrade for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
