Ingredients:

• Egg 8
• Peas boiled -100gm
• Carrot grated and steamed – 100gm
• Cabbage grated and steamed – 100gm
• Onion chopped – 100gm
• Green chillies chopped 4
• Tomato chopped – 50gm
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Whip egg.
  2. Add salt and vegetables.
  3. Heat oil in a tawa.
  4. Pour mixture and spread.
  5. Cover with a lid.
  6. Cook about three minutes in medium flame or under side is brown colour.
  7. Turn over and cook for one minute.
  8. Serve hot with bread toast.
