Ingredients:
• 1 packet Chicken legs or small pieces of whole Chicken
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
• 8-10 cashews
• Green chillies to taste
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• oil
• soya sauce
• ginger-garlic paste
• black ground pepper
Method:
- Firstly, marinate the chicken in soya sauce, ginger, garlic, and a little pepper for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours. Then fry the chicken (only half cook it) in shallow oil. Remove the chicken and keep aside. Save the oil. Then in a blender, blend together the mayonnaise, yogurt, ketchup, chillies, garlic, and cashews to a smooth paste.
- In the left over oil (not all the oil, you may remove some), fry the paste well (you may add corn and sliced capsicum for additional flavour). Then place the chicken pieces and let it cook with the lid shut on low flame until the oil surfaces and the chicken is cooked. Eat on its own or with bread or naan.
