Ingredients:

• 3 cups – black Grapes (preferably seedless)
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste
• 4 glasses chilled water

Method:

  1. Clean and boil grapes in a cup of water.
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes once it boils.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Add sugar and blend in mixie till smooth.
  5. Strain to remove residue.
  6. Add chilled water to the pulp.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Beat with an electric beater till frothy.
  9. Serve in tall glasses.
