Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Milk
• 2 – eggs
• 1/2 tbsp – Nutmeg powder
• 3 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – Sugar

Method:

  1. Beat the yolks and the whites separately. Add milk to it and stir.
  2. Then add the sugar and nutmeg powder and blend well.
  3. Melt and brown a tbsp of sugar in a little water in a sauce pan over a medium fire.
  4. Meanwhile butter a dish for steaming.
  5. Now pour the browned sugar into the dish. Then pour the mixture on it.
  6. Then steam the contents in a pressure cooker until it gets cooked.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Turn over into a dish so that the caramelised portion comes on top.
