
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Maida (all purpose flour)
• 1 cup fine Sugar
• Pinch of salt
• Ghee or oil
Method:
- Mix maida, sugar and salt with ghee.
- With your hand, roll the above mixture like roti.
- Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutter or any bottle cap.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet and bake at 150 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Cool and serve any time.
