
Ingredients:
• 2 big Corn cobs
• 1 cup Chickpea flour
• 2 tsp kasoori Methi
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
• finely chopped coriander
• Seasoning:
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp sauf
• 4-5 Cloves (finely ground)
• 5-6 black peppers (finely ground)
• salt as per taste
• oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl, mix corn kernels, besan, kasoori methi, chopped onion, chilli and ginger paste with all the seasoning to make batter of thick consistency (water can be added if needed).
- Heat oil in a kadai to a moderate heat, spoon the batter with a tablespoon into hot oil and deep fry till it turns crispy and golden brown.
- Drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
