
Ingredients:
• 2 – green Bananas (vegetables)
• 2 – Green chillies
• Panch phoran (five spices) and Kalonji (nigella seeds)
• 2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 – Potatoes
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch – Sugar
• All purpose flour
• Cumin seeds
• Methi seeds
• Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- First microwave the bananas and potatoes till they become soft.
- Mix them and make small balls of dough.
- In a frying pan, heat oil.
- Dust with all purpose flour and deep fry them.
- In a separate pan, heat oil add cumin seeds, methi seeds, kalonji and panch phoran.
- When they start to sizzle, add green chillies and red chillies.
- Add ginger paste, turmeric powder and salt.
- Add cumin powder and let the masala get cooked.
- Add water. Add the dough pieces. Let it cook for sometime.
- Remember to keep enough water for the curry, because the dough will absorb lot of water.
- Serve hot.
