
Ingredients:
• 4 – Chicken breasts
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 cup – Corn kernels
• 6 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Tandoori Chicken masala
• 6-7 drops – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
Method:
- Cut onions very finely. Heat a small amount of oil in a nonstick vessel. Chicken releases oil during cooking, so there is no need for a large amount of oil.
- Fry onions till they turn golden.
- Add the bag of corn along with tomatoes and spices.
- Make a nice and thick gravy.
- Add chicken (you can marinate the chicken for 2 hours before cooking in yogurt and ginger-garlic paste, if you like).
- Stir the chicken in the gravy for some time for it to soak in the spices.
- Add water and cook for some more time till the chicken becomes soft.
- Add lime juice to taste. Chicken Cornwallis is ready for serving.
