Ingredients:
• 250 g – pitted Dates
• 175 g – condensed Milk
• 3 tsp – Milk powder
• 1/2 stick – Butter
• Coconut powder for rolling
• grated Almonds and Pista
Method:
- Melt butter on low flame, add dates and mash them until they turn soft and mushy.
- Next, add condensed milk, milk powder, grated almonds and pista. Mix well with the dates on a low flame.
- Take the hot date mixture and make rolls. Dip your hands in ice cubes to keep them from burning while rolling.
- After rolling, sprinkle coconut powder on the rolls.
- Keep it in the freezer section for 1 hour.
- Serve chilled.
