Ingredients:

• 250 g – pitted Dates
• 175 g – condensed Milk
• 3 tsp – Milk powder
• 1/2 stick – Butter
• Coconut powder for rolling
• grated Almonds and Pista

Method:

  1. Melt butter on low flame, add dates and mash them until they turn soft and mushy.
  2. Next, add condensed milk, milk powder, grated almonds and pista. Mix well with the dates on a low flame.
  3. Take the hot date mixture and make rolls. Dip your hands in ice cubes to keep them from burning while rolling.
  4. After rolling, sprinkle coconut powder on the rolls.
  5. Keep it in the freezer section for 1 hour.
  6. Serve chilled.
