Ingredients:

• 20 small-sized Potatoes (boiled and peeled)
• 3 medium-sized Onions (sliced)
• 4 Cloves Garlic
• 100g Coriander leaves (made into a paste)
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 2 Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• oil
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put oil in a kadai, fry the peeled potatoes till they are half brown.
  2. Remove the potatoes from the oil.
  3. Put in a bay leaf and 2 red chillies in the oil.
  4. Fry sliced onion and paste of garlic.
  5. Add the coriander powder and a pinch of turmeric powder.
  6. Add potatoes and paste of coriander leaves and stir well.
  7. Cook covered, stirring occasionally till the potatoes are well done.
  8. Add some water if required.
