
Ingredients:
• For ice cubes:
• 200 ml – water
• 1/4 cup – strong coffee liquor
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• For Milk shake:
• 3/4 cup – strong coffee decoction
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 litre – chilled whole Milk
Method:
- For ice cubes:
- Boil and cool water to room temperature
- Warm liqueur, add sugar and stir or toss till blended.
- Mix water and blend well.
- Pour into ice cube trays, to chill.
- Allow cubes to set.
- For milk shake:
- Blend warm decoction and sugar till fully dissolved.
- Add milk and blend till frothy.
- To serve:
- Place a few coffee cubes at bottom of tall glass.
- Pour frothing milk over it.
- Sprinkle a dash of cocoa powder over top, if desired.
- Serve chilled.
