Ingredients:
• 1.5 kg – Potato
• 1.75 kg – Onion
• 1 sprig Curry leaves
• 5 Green chilli
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1.5 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 ds sp Coconut Oil
• Salt as required
Method:
- Boil the potato, peel and mash it. In a pan pour coconut oil, splutter mustard seeds.
- Add sliced onion and green chilli (cut in round) and saute well.
- When it turns brown, add mashed potato, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well and remove from fire.
- Heat the frying pan and apply oil on it.
- Pour one ladle of dosa batter on the frying pan and spread it evenly.
- Keep the potato masala in the middle and fold it from both sides. Cook both sides of dosa until it turns brown.
