Ingredients:

• 4 – Carrots
• 2 – Green chillies
• 10 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tsp – Cumin seed powder
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Sugar
• A few sprigs of coriander

Method:

  1. Peel and grate the carrots.
  2. Chop the chillies and coriander finely.
  3. Blend the yogurt smooth with a fork or a whisk.
  4. Stir in the cumin powder, chillies, salt and sugar.
  5. Fold in the grated carrot.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve cold.
