Ingredients:
• Chocolate bar (brown) – 250 g
• Mixture of cashews, walnuts, Almonds – 100 g
• Ghee (melted) – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Pour water in a vessel and put it to boil.
- Place another vessel on top of this vessel and add the chocolate bars in it. Let the chocolate melt in the heat from under. Remove from the heat.
- Add melted ghee to the chocolate and stir well.
- Break the dry fruits into small pieces and add.
- Arrange small quantities of the chocolate-nuts mixture with your hands on a greased plate.
- Refrigerate until it sets.
