Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Desiccated Coconut
• 2.5 cups – Maida
• 1.25 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1.25 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 2-3 drops – Vanilla essence
Method:
- Beat the butter with sugar.
- Add desicatted coconut and mix well.
- Pour in 2 drops of vanilla essence and mix.
- Add baking soada and baking powder to the maida and keep aside
- Slowly add this to the mixture and beat till no lumps are formed.
- Form into a dough. Knead it till it becomes soft.
- Pre-heat the Maharaja Whiteline Marvello OTG for 10 mins in 100 degree C.
- Grease the baking tray or keep a butter paper on the tray.
- Make small cookie shape balls or any shape that you want.
- Arrange them on the baking tray.
- Bake it at 150 degree C for 10 mins.
- Once the cookies change color, take it out and cool.
- Your delicious coconut cookies are ready.
