Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Desiccated Coconut
• 2.5 cups – Maida
• 1.25 cup – Butter
• 1/2 tsp – Baking soda
• 1.25 cup – Powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Baking powder
• 2-3 drops – Vanilla essence 

Method:

  1. Beat the butter with sugar.
  2. Add desicatted coconut and mix well.
  3. Pour in 2 drops of vanilla essence and mix.
  4. Add baking soada and baking powder to the maida and keep aside
  5. Slowly add this to the mixture and beat till no lumps are formed.
  6. Form into a dough. Knead it till it becomes soft.
  7. Pre-heat the Maharaja Whiteline Marvello OTG for 10 mins in 100 degree C.
  8. Grease the baking tray or keep a butter paper on the tray.
  9. Make small cookie shape balls or any shape that you want.
  10. Arrange them on the baking tray.
  11. Bake it at 150 degree C for 10 mins. 
  12. Once the cookies change color, take it out and cool.
  13. Your delicious coconut cookies are ready.
