Ingredients:

• 1 – Cauliflower
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Onion – 2
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Make a dough with the wheat flour, salt and water and make small puris with the dough.
  2. Heat oil in kadai and add jeera, salt, red chilli, turmeric, cauliflower and onion. Cool it a little and grind.
  3. Heat some more oil and saute the ground mixture with ginger garlic paste.
  4. Once it browns, add some water and the puris.
  5. Boil once and serve garnished with dhania.
