Ingredients:
• 1 – Cauliflower
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
• Onion – 2
• Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Jeera – 1/2 tsp
• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Oil for frying.
Method:
- Make a dough with the wheat flour, salt and water and make small puris with the dough.
- Heat oil in kadai and add jeera, salt, red chilli, turmeric, cauliflower and onion. Cool it a little and grind.
- Heat some more oil and saute the ground mixture with ginger garlic paste.
- Once it browns, add some water and the puris.
- Boil once and serve garnished with dhania.
